Jess’ introduction to osteopathy began when her case of recurrent headaches was alleviated through a few osteopathic treatments, her nine year old self was convinced that this was magic. Hence, the inspiration began. Having been intrigued by various interactions with osteopaths throughout her life, her journey into osteopathy felt like a no-brainer.
During her Masters degree, Jess honed her skills through a placement at the British School of Osteopathy, where she worked alongside revered osteopaths and had the opportunity to treat a diverse range of people including children, desk warriors and the elderly. Her constant drive to help others has led Jess to form a particular passion in community-based health with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Jess aims to find a clear diagnosis and form a holistic management plan that involves all aspects of your well-being including exercise, work-life balance and mental health.
Jess has recently taken up playing football. She has her dreams set high but at this point in time she’s fully invested in her pub footy team, where time spent at the pub is just as important as time spent on the field! In her spare time Jess enjoys getting out into nature and always looks forward to her next hike.
Jess endeavours to give you clarity about your injury and what you can do to help yourself. She looks forward to getting you back on your feet!
