His approach combines traditional direct and indirect osteopathic techniques, allowing him to manage both acute and chronic conditions. He commonly treats neck pain, headaches, knees, ankles and general musculoskeletal complaints. When required Alex utilises advanced dry needling to support pain relief and recovery.

Being a father himself, he has developed an interest in paediatrics, working with infants presenting with colic, reflux, feeding difficulties, torticollis, and plagiocephaly. And with his father also an osteopath, osteopathy has been part of his life from an early age, shaping his clinical approach and understanding of care.
