Elise discovered osteopathy through sports injuries, combining her passion for movement with a lifelong fascination with anatomy and physiology. She graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Osteopathy) and adopts a patient-centred approach, using both direct and indirect hands-on therapy alongside holistic and rehabilitative care. Elise specialises in headaches and migraines, women’s health, chronic pain, hypermobility, and sports injuries, particularly in dance and aerial arts. She tailors treatments to each patient, empowering them to take an active role in their health and recovery.
