My name is Diana and I'm from Spain. I'm passionate about helping people feel their best and achieving their wellness goals. 

My journey in the health industry started back in 2013 with my studies in human nutrition and Acupunture in Spain, following by a Diploma of Remedial massage in Australia five years ago. I offer a personalised treatment for each individual which is key for an optimal outcome. I specialise in deep tissue massage, myofascia release, acupressure therapy, cupping and dry needling. 

I have a broad range of experience and have treated those with ongoing tension due to daily stress through to those with chronic pain caused by injuries or postural issues.  

Outside of work, you will find me on the dance floor performing salsa or other latin rhythms, or practising yoga or pilates. As a fun fact, I was born in Colombia but moved to Spain when I was very young so if you speak Spanish you will notice a mixed accent.
